Pardot Form Completion Actions

 Pardot Form Completion Actions:

1. Add Tag: - It is used to add tag on the Prospect

 2.  Add to List - This is used to add "Prospect" in the list.

3.  Add to Salesforce Campaign - This is used to add the prospect to the "Salesforce" Campaign.

4. Adjust Score - This is used to add/substract the pardot score from the Prospect.

5. Adjust score for scoring category - For this, we fist need to create a category in Pardot. When Prospect is submitted, a category will be shown on the Prospect with score. The Category score does not mixed with the Overall score.

6.  Assign a Prospect via the Case Assignment Rule - For example, in Salesforce , I have lead assignment rule to Assign the Lead to a queue. That queue is available in Pardot ( I have synced) 

When we create a prospect with the form and Prospect criteria is fulfilled ( As per Lead Assignment Rule). We can see below on the Prospect.

But after some time ( approx. 2 minutes), Prospect will be assigned to the Queue.

7. Assign a Queue - Prospect will be assigned to the Queue.

When Prospect is submitted, we can see this on the Prospect.

8. Assign a User will work same as Assign a Queue.

9. Change Prospect Custom Field Value:

10. Change Prospect Default Field Value = It will work same as assign a Custom Field Value.

11. Create a Salesforce Task = Salesforce Task will be created with these configurations.

12. Notify Assigned User - Assigned user will get notification over email. In the email, Pardot sends the complete prospect. No Email template is used to send the email.

13. Remove from the List = It will remove the prospect from the specified list.

14. Remove Tags = It will remove the tag from the specified prospect.

15. Send Auto Responder Email = User will receive the email which he specify in the Prospect. We can choose the template for sending the email.

16.Set Profile = For this, we can assign the profiles if the user submits the Form.
