We choose Layout template which help us to choose the look and feel to the page.
Submit Button = Text of the Submit button.
Above Form = We specify what we want to show above the form. We can write a html code here.
Below Form = Same as Above form.

Kiosk/Data Entry Mode: Do not cookie browser as submitted prospect = We choose if we don't want to use cookie. If we do not choose, "Always display form" will be disabled. For example, if we do not choose it then if same user opens the form then we use the browser cookie to get his information.Include "Not you?" link to allow visitors to reset the form = It will reset the form's data.
Enable explicit bot protecting using reCAPTCHA = It is used for "Captcha".
4. Step 4:
Once user submits the form, we show this information to the user. We can write a html code in this box.
Thank You Code = We can write java script here which is used to call other systems like Google Conversion Tracking
Always display form after submission = Id you want to display the form just after submissions. We make it "untick". If we tick it, Culprit user can submit the form 10 times from the same browser and every time, completion action will be invoked.
